Spare Parts Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of spare parts and accessories.
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming spare parts shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including reorder points and replenishment schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Process requisitions and distribute spare parts to relevant departments or technicians.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor and control inventory costs by optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source cost-effective spare parts without compromising quality.
- Provide technical assistance and support to internal teams regarding spare parts availability and compatibility.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the handling and storage of spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in automotive or similar line .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
