Spare Parts Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of spare parts and accessories.
  • Receive, inspect and organize incoming spare parts shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including reorder points and replenishment schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Process requisitions and distribute spare parts to relevant departments or technicians.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor and control inventory costs by optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source cost-effective spare parts without compromising quality.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to internal teams regarding spare parts availability and compatibility.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols in the handling and storage of spare parts.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in automotive or similar line .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
